- Key Responsibilities Connect with customers regularly and provide timely updates regarding their requirements and process status.
- Follow up with clients for pending documents and ensure timely collection.
- Verify and organize the documents received from clients and circulate them with the concerned internal teams.
- Coordinate effectively between customers and internal departments to ensure smooth workflow.
- Maintain proper records and track pending documents, customer updates, and operational activities.
- Handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize work based on urgency.
- Follow up with relevant teams to ensure tasks are completed within the required timelines.
- Resolve basic customer queries and escalate issues to the concerned team whenever required.
