Job Responsibilities:

- Operate and monitor VMC machines for machining components as per drawings and specifications.
- Load and unload workpieces, fixtures, and cutting tools correctly.
- Set machine parameters such as speed, feed, tool offsets, and work offsets.
- Read and understand engineering drawings, dimensions, and tolerances.
- Perform basic machine setting and tool changes.
- Check component dimensions using vernier calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and other measuring instruments.
- Inspect finished components and ensure they meet quality standards.
- Identify machining defects, tool wear, and machine abnormalities.
- Maintain production targets while following safety and quality procedures.
- Perform routine cleaning, lubrication, and basic maintenance of the machine.
- Maintain production and inspection records.
- Follow 5S, safety procedures, and company quality standards.
