Role Summary

Handle on-site installation, ink refills, routine maintenance, and troubleshooting of EcoTank medical film printers at hospital sites in your city, following TMP's certified SOPs and SLA commitments.

### Key Responsibilities

- Install and commission new EcoTank printers (L8180/M15180) at hospital sites

- Perform routine preventive maintenance visits (ink refill, nozzle check, paper path cleaning)

- Respond to service tickets within SLA response/arrival windows

- Troubleshoot Tier 1 issues on-site (paper jams, print head cleaning cycles, connectivity resets)

- Escalate Tier 2/3 issues to Service Head with diagnostic details and visit report

- Maintain visit logs and submit photo-verified reports after each visit (ink levels, nozzle check, issue resolved)

- Maintain hospital site conduct — sign-in procedures, ID badge, radiology area protocols





### Requirements

- Hands-on experience servicing inkjet or ink-tank printers (Epson experience a strong plus)

- Own two-wheeler/vehicle for local travel within the city

- Smartphone with WhatsApp for video-support and reporting

- Basic understanding of computer networking (Wi-Fi, Ethernet, USB connectivity)

- Willingness to complete TMP's 1-day certification program before activation

- Punctual, reliable, comfortable working in a hospital workplace

### Nice to Have

- Prior experience with ID card/PVC card printers or specialty media handling

- Existing AMC/service shop with multiple technicians (for coverage flexibility)
