JOB OPENING Accountant cum Back Office Executive

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month, depending on experience and skills

Job DescriptionS K Engineering Sales and Services is looking for a responsible and organized Accountant cum Back Office Executive to manage day-to-day accounting, documentation, billing and administrative activities at our Pulgaon office.

- Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping records
- Sales and purchase invoice entry
- Record receipts, payments, expenses and journal entries
- Bank transaction entry and regular bank reconciliation
- Maintain customer and vendor ledgers
- Follow up on customer outstanding payments and receivables
- Prepare quotations, invoices, delivery challans and other business documents
- Maintain purchase orders, sales orders and related records
- Assist with GST, TDS and other accounting/compliance documentation
- Coordinate with CA/accountant for GST returns and other statutory requirements
- Maintain proper filing of bills, invoices, customer documents and company records
- Handle back-office work related to solar projects and customer documentation




- Maintain customer/project data and update records regularly
- Coordinate with customers, suppliers, banks and internal team as required
- Prepare basic MIS, outstanding and sales/purchase reports for management
- Handle general office administration and correspondence
- Required QualificationB.Com preferred
- Basic knowledge of accounting and taxation
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word and general computer operations
- Familiarity with accounting software is preferred
- Knowledge of Zoho Books/Zoho applications will be an advantage
- Ability to handle documentation and records accurately

Experience1–2 years preferred.

Freshers with valuable accounting knowledge and computer skills may also apply.
