Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE) – PhonePe

About the Role:

We are looking for passionate and result-oriented Business Development Executives to join our growing team in the Electronic City region.

As a BDE, you will play a key role in expanding PhonePe’s merchant network, driving digital payment adoption, and supporting our local business partners.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and onboard recent merchants in assigned wards under the Electronic City territory.

Maintain strong relationships with existing merchants to ensure continued engagement.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for onboarding and transaction volume.

Promote PhonePe’s products and offers to merchants to increase adoption.

Conduct field visits and collect feedback to improve service quality.

Eligibility Criteria:

Education:



Minimum 12th pass / Graduate (any stream).

Experience:

Freshers are welcome – training will be provided.

Candidates with 0–2 years of field sales / BDE / marketing experience preferred.

Must have:

Two-wheeler and valid driving license (mandatory).

Smartphone with good internet connectivity.

Salary & Benefits:

Freshers: ₹20,000/month + Attractive Incentives

Experienced (up to 2 years): ₹24,000/month + Incentives up to ₹10,000 (performance-based)

Working Hours: 8 hours/day

Weekly Off: As per company policy
