Personal Loan Executive Intern – Digital, Cross-Sell VerticalAbout Muthoot Finance Ltd.Muthoot Finance Ltd. is looking for energetic, ambitious, and result-oriented candidates to join its Digital, Cross-Sell Vertical as Personal Loan Executive Interns. The role focuses on new customer acquisition, lead generation, personal loan sales, and cross-selling of financial products.

- Key Responsibilities1. Lead GenerationIdentify potential customers through cold calling and tele-calling.
- Generate leads from the existing customer database provided by Muthoot Finance, particularly the Gold Loan customer database.
- Follow up with prospective customers and convert qualified leads into business opportunities.
- 2. Product Pitching & Cross-SellingEducate customers about Muthoot Finance's range of financial products through telephone interactions.
- Primarily promote Personal Loans and identify other suitable cross-selling opportunities.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend relevant financial products.
- Generate and maintain a healthy pipeline of business leads.
- 3. Branch Operational SupportCoordinate closely with branch officials and support day-to-day branch operations.
- Assist customers with basic loan documentation.
- Support preliminary KYC verification and other related processes.
- Coordinate with the branch team to facilitate smooth processing of customer applications.
- 4. Customer Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain professional relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Conduct structured collection and interest-renewal calls as assigned.
- Respond to customer queries and provide appropriate assistance.
- Support customer engagement and retention initiatives.

Target AchievementWork closely with Branch Managers to achieve assigned monthly lead-generation and business-disbursal targets.
- Maintain a systematic approach toward achieving individual and branch-level business objectives.
- Track follow-ups, leads, conversions, and business performance regularly.
