Tele calling Sales Executive – Manpower Recruitment

Required Skills

- Sales-oriented and target-driven approach.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Valuable telephone etiquette and negotiation ability.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate new business opportunities by identifying companies with manpower recruitment requirements.
- Make outbound calls to HR Managers, Admin Heads, Business Owners, and decision-makers to introduce recruitment services.
- Understand client manpower requirements, job profiles, locations, experience, and salary budgets.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and new business opportunities.

Experience: 0–1 year in tele calling, tele sales, business development, recruitment sales, or manpower consultancy preferred.

CTC: 15,000/- TO 20,000/- P.M. + Incentive

Job Location: Dum Dum Cantonment

Freshers: Can be considered for entry-level positions with strong communication and sales aptitude.
