Job OverviewWe are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Retail Sales Executive to join our team in Jalandhar. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, driving sales, and maintaining a positive in-store experience.
- Key ResponsibilitiesAssist customers in selecting suitable products based on their requirements.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and offers to customers.
- Handle customer queries and provide excellent service.
- Generate leads and follow up with potential customers.
- Maintain proper product displays and ensure the store is well organized.
- Manage billing and basic sales documentation when required.
- Maintain knowledge of products, promotions, and offers.
- Build good relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Coordinate with the store team to ensure smooth daily operations.
- RequirementsMinimum 1 year of experience in retail sales or a similar sales role.
- Male candidates are preferred.
- Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to achieve sales targets.
- Basic knowledge of computers and billing systems is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a customer-facing retail environment.
- Salary & Benefits₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
