Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Customer Support Executive – Voice Process with 1–2 years of relevant experience to join our customer support team.

The candidate will be responsible for handling customer calls, understanding customer concerns, providing appropriate solutions, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Understand customer queries, complaints, and requirements.
- Provide accurate information and appropriate solutions.
- Resolve customer issues within the defined timelines.
- Follow up with customers when required.
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department.
- Maintain a professional and customer-friendly approach.




- Follow company policies and customer service standards.
- Achieve assigned customer service and call-handling targets.
- Required Skills1–2 years of experience in Customer Support / Voice Process / BPO / Call Center.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Valuable listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to handle customers professionally.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Comfortable using CRM or customer-support systems.
- Good typing and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work in shifts, if required.
