Design and prepare fire fighting system layouts according to applicable fire safety codes and standards.

Design and review systems such as:

Fire hydrant and hose reel systems

Sprinkler systems

Fire pumps and pump rooms

Fire water tanks

Fire extinguishing systems

Fire alarm and detection systems

Foam and gas suppression systems where applicable

Prepare shop drawings, BOQs, material specifications, and hydraulic calculations.

Coordinate fire fighting works with MEP, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, civil, and architectural teams.

Supervise installation and ensure work is completed according to approved drawings and specifications.

Conduct inspection, testing, and commissioning of firefighting equipment and systems.

Coordinate with consultants, clients, contractors,



and authorities for approvals and inspections.

Ensure compliance with relevant NBC, NFPA, IS standards, and local fire authority requirements, as applicable.

Monitor site progress, quality, safety, materials, and manpower.

Review contractor drawings, material submittals, method statements, and technical documents.

Identify system defects and coordinate corrective actions.

Prepare inspection reports, testing and commissioning reports, and as-built drawings.

Support periodic maintenance and troubleshooting of firefighting systems.
