Key Responsibilities:-

A. Installation & Setup---

Install and configure desktop computers, laptops, printers, scanners, and network devices

Assemble computer systems (CPU, motherboard, RAM, HDD/SSD, SMPS, etc.)

Install operating systems (Windows/Linux) and required drivers

Perform current system deployment at client locations.

B. Maintenance & Troubleshooting:-

Diagnose hardware faults and perform necessary repairs

Replace defective components such as RAM, HDD, motherboard, power supply, etc.

Troubleshoot system errors, boot issues, overheating, and performance problems

Perform periodic preventive maintenance (cleaning, updates, health checks)

C. Network & Peripheral Support:-

Setup and maintain LAN/WAN connectivity

Configure routers, switches, Wi-Fi devices

Install and troubleshoot printers, biometric devices, CCTV systems





Manage IP addressing and basic network troubleshooting.

- D. Field Service & Client Support.
- Attend service calls within defined time limits
- Visit client sites for installation and repair work
- Ensure proper closure of service calls with customer satisfaction
- Maintain professional communication with clients.

Candidate should also expert in repair of computer and printer , Internet in the Office, Installation of operating Systems in Computer, Installation of Software in the computer politely behavior with Customer IT Industry experience is priority. knowledge of online meeting set-up, in WebEx, Google meets, etc.
