Next Angle Design Studio is a growing architectural and interior design firm specializing in innovative residential, commercial, and industrial projects. We are looking for a passionate Junior Architect to join our team and contribute to exciting design projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare architectural drawings, 2D plans, 3D models, and presentation layouts.
* Develop design concepts based on client requirements.
* Visit project sites for measurements, inspections, and progress monitoring.
* Coordinate with clients, vendors, contractors, and consultants.
* Attend client meetings and assist in project discussions.
* Follow up with project leads and support business development activities.
* Prepare BOQs, material specifications, and project documentation.
* Ensure projects are completed within timelines and design standards.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or Civil or Interior design.
* 0-2 years of experience (Freshers with a strong portfolio are welcome).
*Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion/ Enscape, V-Ray, and Microsoft Office.
* Knowledge of Photoshop and Revit is an added advantage.
* Good communication and client-handling skills.
* Willingness to travel for site visits within Chennai.
* Self-motivated, organized, and eager to learn.
