Position: Site Engineer

Job Location: Panvel, Navi Mumbai

Reporting To: Project Manager

Work Timing: 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM

Experience: 2+ years relevant experience

Qualification: Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering

CTC: ₹3 LPA – ₹7 LPA

Gender: Male / Female

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Site Engineer to manage day-to-day site execution and supervision of civil and interior project activities, ensuring quality, safety, timely completion, and adherence to approved drawings and project schedules.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and maintain site-level execution plans as per project schedule and budget.

- Supervise daily site execution activities and ensure compliance with technical drawings and quality standards.

- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, labour teams, and internal departments.

- Monitor material consumption, site inventory, labour productivity, and cost efficiency.

- Prepare and maintain DPR, BBS, quantity calculations, measurements, and site records.

- Inspect steel, shuttering, alignment, levels, and overall workmanship.

- Ensure proper implementation of site safety norms and resolve site-level issues.





- Attend client/consultant meetings whenever required and provide site progress updates.

- Identify and escalate risks, delays, and technical deviations to the Project Manager.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of civil construction and quantity estimation.

- Ability to read and interpret civil and architectural drawings.

- Positive team handling, labour management, and contractor coordination skills.

- Strong planning, documentation, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

- Working knowledge of MS Excel and basic AutoCAD.

- Good understanding of site measurement techniques.

Preferred Experience

- Experience in preparing BBS, DPR, and quantity reconciliation.

- Exposure to high-rise residential and commercial building projects.

- Basic knowledge of project planning and safety compliance.

Preferred Domain: High-Rise Building Construction
