- Meeting Management & Client Scheduling
- Coordinate, schedule, and confirm C-suite and B2B corporate meetings, pitch sessions, and product demonstrations for the Corporate Sales leadership team.
- Manage corporate calendars across multiple time zones and ensure seamless coordination between external corporate stakeholders and internal leads.
- Send meeting agendas, pre-meeting briefs, and follow-up reminders to corporate clients.

- 2. Sales Presentations & Pitch Documentation
- Prepare, polish, and customize high-impact PowerPoint sales presentations, pitch decks, and commercial proposals tailored to corporate clients.
- Assist sales leads during presentations by managing collateral, taking detailed meeting notes, and tracking action items.
- Maintain a centralized library of updated company profiles, case studies, compliance documents, and product/service decks.

- 3. HR Support for Sales Operations
- Assist HR and Sales operations in tracking sales team onboarding,



performance metrics, and sales training schedules.
- Facilitate client-facing HR corporate sales tasks (e.g., corporate wellness proposals, enterprise HR solutions pitch decks, employee benefit sales collaterals, or staffing sales support, as per company offerings).
- Maintain sales team documentation, client NDAs, service contracts, and vendor registration forms.

- 4. Communication & Relationship Management
- Act as the primary administrative point of contact for incoming corporate inquiries via email, phone, and professional channels.
- Draft qualified emails, follow-ups, Minute of Meetings (MoMs), and formal commercial communications.
- Maintain and update the CRM database (prospect logs, pipeline status, client interaction notes).
