●Attend to walk-in (in-house) students and resolve their queries professionally.

●Build and nurture relationships with prospective students through consistent follow-up and engagement.

●Maintain accurate records of leads, counseling sessions, admissions, and student interactions using CRM tools or Google Sheets.
