Job Opening – Outbound Telecaller

We are looking for Outbound Telecaller to join our team.

Position: Outbound Telecaller

Experience: 0–3 years (Freshers can also apply)

Qualification: Any

Location: Jayanagar 9th block

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and acquire new customers

• Explain loan products and eligibility criteria

• Collect and verify customer documents

• Process loan applications and coordinate for approvals

• Follow up with customers for documentation and disbursement

• Maintain valuable customer relationships

• Achieve monthly loan targets

• Ensure proper follow-up and repayment tracking

Skills Required:

• Good communication and convincing skills.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM.

• Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.

• Kannada/Hindi/English speaking preferred.
