Role: Relationship Manager - Sales (NEXA Channel)

Salary: ₹20,000 - ₹,30000 + High Incentives (Up to ₹50k per month) + Fuel allowance +PG allowance 3000+ Medical Insurance

Experience: 0 to 5 Years (Any Sales)

Reporting To: Sales Manager / Team Leader

About Role: You will be the face of Premium NEXA brand. Showroom sales, Corporates Sales, Event sales, Handle customers who come to buy Baleno, Fronx, XL6, Grand Vitara, Jimny. Full sales cycle from walk-in to delivery.

Key Responsibilities: Customer Handling: Welcome walk-in & enquiry customers, understand requirement, explain NEXA product features Test Drive:

Conduct test drives, explain variants, colors, finance offers Lead Follow-up: Follow up with leads from Car Dekho, Website, BD team and convert to booking Sales Closing: Negotiate, close deal, achieve monthly target (3-5 cars) Documentation: Coordinate with Finance,



Insurance, Accessories, RTO for smooth delivery Customer Relationship: Maintain relationship for referrals & repeat business

Candidate Profile Required:

Education: PUC / Any Degree / MBA

Experience: 0-4 Years in ANY Sales (Mobile, Jewelry, Apparel, Automobile, Insurance, Banking Sales). Freshers with a Positive English can apply.

Languages: Good English + Kannada (Must), Hindi added advantage.

Skills: Customer handling, target oriented, presentable Must Have: Own Two-wheeler & Valid Driving License
