- Handle new and renewal motor insurance for customers.
- Explain insurance policies, coverage, premium, add-ons, and benefits to customers.
- Generate insurance leads from Sales and Service customers.
- Coordinate with insurance companies for policy issuance, renewal, endorsements, and claims.
- Follow up with customers for insurance renewals and pending documents.
- Maintain proper records of insurance policies, renewals, and customer details.
- Coordinate with the Sales and Service teams to maximize insurance business.
- Ensure accurate documentation and timely policy processing.
- Assist customers with insurance-related queries and claim coordination.
- Achieve assigned insurance sales and renewal targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Motor Insurance/Automobile Dealership Insurance preferred.
- Valuable knowledge of Motor Insurance policies, coverage, add-ons, and renewals.
- Strong communication, convincing, and negotiation skills.
- Good customer-handling and follow-up skills.
- Basic computer and MS Office knowledge.
- Knowledge of insurance documentation and claim process will be an advantage.
- Target-oriented with a positive and professional attitude.
