Position: Telecaller – Real Estate

Location: Vasai–Virar

Job Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads.

Explain real estate projects, properties, pricing, and offers to customers.

Understand customer requirements and arrange property site visits.

Follow up with leads regularly through calls and messages.

Maintain proper records of calls, leads, and customer details.

Coordinate with the sales team for further follow-up.

Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.

Requirements:

Valuable communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.

Confident and polite telephone manner.

Basic knowledge of real estate is an advantage.

Freshers can also apply.

Target-oriented and willing to learn.
