Roles & Responsibilities

- Identify and approach companies for manpower recruitment tie-ups and business opportunities.

- Connect with HR teams, business owners, and decision-makers to understand their manpower requirements.

- Present the company's manpower recruitment services, recruitment process, and commercial terms to prospective clients.

- Prepare and deliver qualified presentations to clients and explain the benefits of partnering with the company.

- Negotiate and finalize manpower recruitment agreements with companies.

- Convert potential leads into confirmed clients and achieve assigned business development targets.

- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective and existing clients to build long-term business relationships.

- Understand client requirements such as job profile, qualification, experience, salary, location, and number of vacancies.

- Coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure suitable candidates are sourced according to client requirements.

- Maintain proper records of leads, client discussions, agreements, and recruitment requirements.





- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat manpower requirements.

- Generate new business through calling, networking, references, field visits, and other business development activities.

- Work closely with internal recruitment and operations teams to ensure smooth execution after client onboarding.

- Provide regular updates to management regarding lead generation, client meetings, conversions, and recruitment status.
