Bark Avenue is looking for a hands-on Site Manager / Operations Manager who will take ownership of the day-to-day running of our pet-care centre.
This is a high-responsibility role. We are looking for someone who can manage people, pets, customers and the facility while ensuring that the centre operates smoothly every day.
The ideal candidate should be someone who doesn't wait to be told what needs to be done.

The Site Manager will maintain and report:
What we're looking for
2–5 years of experience in operations/site/centre management.
Experience in pet boarding, daycare, veterinary, hospitality, retail, salon or another service business is preferred.
Strong people-management skills.
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
Comfortable managing a team of frontline employees.
Valuable customer-service orientation.
Basic proficiency with WhatsApp, Excel/Google Sheets and digital tools.
Comfortable working around dogs.
