About the RoleWe are looking for a confident, well-spoken and target-oriented Patient Relationship Executive / Telecaller to handle incoming leads, speak with prospective patients, understand their requirements and convert enquiries into consultations and appointments.
- Key ResponsibilitiesCall and follow up with leads generated through digital marketing campaigns.
- Understand patient requirements and recommend relevant clinic services.
- Explain treatments, procedures and consultation processes clearly.
- Convert leads into confirmed consultations and appointments.
- Follow up consistently with interested and undecided leads.
- Handle questions, objections and concerns professionally.
- Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records.
- Coordinate with the clinic team to ensure a smooth patient experience.
- Meet monthly calling, follow-up and appointment conversion targets.
- Re-engage old/inactive leads and generate appointments from the existing database.
- Preferred Candidate1–3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, patient coordination or customer relationship roles.
- Aesthetic, dermatology, cosmetic, dental or healthcare experience is a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi; Kannada is a plus.
- Confident, persuasive and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
- Strong follow-up and lead-conversion skills.
- Target-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional, friendly and empathetic while dealing with patients.
