Key Responsibilities

1.Daily care and supervision of boarding dogs

2.Feeding dogs as per individual instructions and schedules

3.Administering basic medication as instructed, where required

4.Taking dogs for walks and supervised playtime

5.Cleaning kennels, play areas and other pet areas

6.Assisting with bathing and basic grooming when required

7.Monitoring dogs for any signs of illness, injury, stress or unusual behaviour

8.Immediately reporting any incident or concern to the Site Manager

9.Following Bark Avenue's pet-care and safety SOPs

10.Maintaining high standards of hygiene and cleanliness

11.Ensuring dogs are handled safely and with patience

12.Following proper handover procedures between shifts

13 Supporting the team with general day-to-day centre operations

What we're looking for

2.Responsible, patient and attentive

3.Physically fit and comfortable with cleaning and handling dogs

4.Willing to work hands-on

5.Positive observation skills

6.Able to follow instructions and SOPs carefully

7.Reliable and punctual

8.Previous experience in dog boarding, daycare, kennel, veterinary or pet-care work is an advantage
