Key Responsibilities

- Counter Sales & Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, assist with product selection, dispense OTC products, and handle cash/digital billing efficiently.
- Prescription Reading: Read and interpret doctor prescriptions accurately to dispense the correct medications and dosages.
- Customer Guidance: Explain dosage instructions, precautions, and basic usage for health, wellness, and skincare products.
- Stock & Inventory Management: Monitor shelf stock, organize racks, check for near-expiry medicines, and assist in maintaining daily inventory records.
- WhatsApp & Delivery Coordination:



Assist in processing local WhatsApp order requests and preparing customer orders for pickup or home delivery.
- Store Maintenance: Ensure the billing area, shelves, and medicine displays remain clean, organized, and properly tagged.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Education: High School (10+2) required. Diploma in Pharmacy (D.Pharm) or Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) preferred.
- Experience: 1–3 years of retail pharmacy counter sales experience (freshers with relevant pharma education are welcome to apply).
- Skills:
- Valuable understanding of brand names, salt compositions, and OTC products.
- Basic computer literacy for software billing (experience with Marg ERP or similar pharma billing software is a plus).
- Strong communication and customer-handling skills in Bengali and Hindi (English is a bonus).
- Attributes: Honest, punctual, detail-oriented, and customer-focused.
