We are expanding our recruitment capacity and looking for experienced India-based Technical Recruiters to support high-priority technology hiring for international clients.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead end-to-end recruitment for niche and business-critical technology roles.
2. Proactively source and engage high-quality active and passive candidates.
3. Build strong candidate pipelines for Oracle, AI, Cloud, Platform Engineering, OCI, and other enterprise technology positions.
4. Conduct initial recruitment screening and assess candidates against technical, compensation, availability, and employment-history requirements.
5. Maintain consistent follow-ups to keep candidates engaged and pipelines moving.
6. Prepare complete and accurate candidate profiles for endorsement.
7. Take dedicated ownership of assigned roles and meet agreed recruitment turnaround times.

Collaborate closely with HR, technical interviewers, finance, and hiring stakeholders.

Required Experience:
1. Proven experience recruiting technology professionals in India.
2. Established candidate networks within Oracle or other enterprise technology markets.
3. Robust experience in proactive headhunting and passive candidate sourcing.
4. Ability to work on multiple urgent and niche requirements.
5. Excellent candidate engagement, screening, and stakeholder communication skills.
6. Strong sense of ownership, urgency, and attention to detail.
7. Experience supporting international clients or global recruitment programs is preferred.
