Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Payroll Executive with 2 to 4 years of experience in payroll processing and employee data management. The candidate should have hands-on knowledge of HR Payroll and be comfortable handling payroll activities, attendance, leave, statutory deductions, and employee queries.

Key Responsibilities

- Process monthly payroll accurately and within defined timelines.
- Manage employee attendance, leave, salary inputs, deductions, and payroll adjustments.
- Handle payroll processing and employee records in Keka HR or similar tool,
- Maintain and verify employee master data and payroll-related documents.
- Coordinate with HR and Finance teams for payroll inputs and reconciliations.
- Handle salary-related employee queries and resolve discrepancies.




- Assist with statutory payroll components such as PF, ESI, PT, TDS and other applicable deductions.
- Prepare payroll reports, salary statements, and MIS reports.
- Support full & final settlement and exit-related payroll activities.
- Ensure payroll data confidentiality and accuracy.
- Assist in payroll audits and compliance-related activities.

Required Skills

- 2 to 3 years of experience in Payroll / HR Operations
- Good knowledge of payroll processing and statutory deductions.
- Working knowledge of PF, ESI, PT and TDS.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle confidential employee information.
