An exciting chance has arisen for an experienced and ambitious leader to join our team as Chief People Officer. As Chief People Officer you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering our People Strategy, ensuring we have a sustainable, skilled, engaged and high-performing employees capable of delivering outstanding services. As a key member of the People Directorate senior leadership team, you will work closely with Executive Directors to deliver workforce transformation, organisational development and continuous improvement programmes.

Core Responsibilities

- Provide strategic leadership for employee services, including HR Business Partnering, Employee Relations, Recruitment, Retention, Planning and Governance.




- Lead the development and delivery of strategies that support high-quality, sustainability and organisational performance.
- Provide quarterly Key Performance Indicator updates and deep-dive analytics to support root-cause analysis, storytelling, and informed decision-making.
- Actively identify opportunities to automate reporting dashboards, streamline processes, and improve frameworks based on internal lessons and external best practices.
- Collaborate with and influence senior stakeholders, conveying complex data and concepts clearly while handling confidential information discreetly.
