Job Summary

We are hiring for our dealership Luxury Ride Karnal looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive to manage daily reporting, data analysis, and MIS activities. The candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate reports, maintaining databases, and providing timely insights to the management team.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Collect, consolidate, and analyse data from different sources.
- Maintain and update databases and ensure data accuracy.
- Prepare management reports and dashboards as required.
- Track key business performance metrics and highlight variances.
- Generate reports related to sales, operations, attendance, productivity, or other business requirements.
- Coordinate with different departments to collect and validate data.




- Identify data discrepancies and ensure timely corrections.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of MS Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, charts, and data formatting.
- Good analytical and numerical skills.
- Knowledge of MIS reporting and dashboard preparation.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Graduate in any discipline with 4-6 years of experience in MIS, Reporting, Data Management, or a similar role.
- Solid proficiency in MS Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, charts, and data analysis.
- Good understanding of MIS reporting, dashboards, and data management.
