- Create and optimize CNC programs for Turning and Machining Centers.
• Program and troubleshoot both Fanuc and Siemens control systems.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T; requirements. • Select cutting tools, inserts, fixtures, and machining parameters. • Conduct prove-out and validation of new programs.
• Reduce cycle time and improve machining productivity.
• Support production teams in resolving machining issues.
• Ensure dimensional accuracy and surface finish requirements.
• Coordinate with Quality and Production departments.
- Maintain program backups and revision control.
- Train CNC operators on program execution and setup.
- Implement continuous improvement activities for machining processes.
