- Operate OSD (Oral Solid Dose) manufacturing equipment such as granulation, compression, coating, capsule filling machines to ensure efficient production.
- Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime and maintain quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize process parameters and improve productivity.
- Ensure compliance with cGMP regulations and company policies.
Job Requirements :
- 1-5 years of experience in an OSD manufacturing environment.
- Robust understanding of pharmaceutical operations, including granulation, compression, coating, capsule filling processes.
- Ability to operate complex machinery safely and efficiently.
- Basic knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).
