We are seeking an experienced Windows, VMware ESXi, and Hyper-V Administrator with 6+ years of hands-on experience in managing enterprise Windows Server environments and virtualization platforms. The candidate will be responsible for installation, configuration, administration, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and support of Windows Servers, VMware vSphere/ESXi, and Microsoft Hyper-V infrastructure while ensuring high availability, security, and operational excellence.





- Manage and support Windows Server, VMware ESXi, and Hyper-V environments.
- Perform server provisioning, upgrades, patching, and capacity planning.
- Ensure high availability, business continuity, and disaster recovery readiness.
- Troubleshoot infrastructure, virtualization, and performance-related issues.
- Implement security best practices and compliance requirements.
- Provide L2/L3 support and work closely with network, security, and application teams.
- Maintain operational documentation and SOPs.
