Must Have :

- Robust experience with Microsoft Hyper-V.
- Administration of Windows Server 2016/2019/2022.
- Hyper-V Failover Cluster configuration and management.
- Virtual Machine Live Migration and Storage Migration.
- Active Directory Administration.
- DNS, DHCP, Group Policy Management.
- PowerShell scripting and automation.
- Windows Server performance tuning and troubleshooting.
- Backup and recovery solutions (Veeam, DPM, Commvault, etc.).
- Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, VLAN, Load Balancers).
- VMware or Citrix virtualization experience.
- Azure and Hybrid Cloud administration.
- Windows Security and Compliance.
- SCCM/MECM administration.
