Responsibilities

- We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer with Agentic AI capabilities to join the clients Core Originations Team in Chennai.
- The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Java Full Stack development, Microservices, GCP, DevOps, Automation, AI, Application Support, and Application Testing.
- The candidate will be responsible for developing and modernizing enterprise applications, building scalable cloud-based solutions, integrating AI capabilities, and supporting critical business applications.
- The Clients IT is seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with Agentic AI capabilities to join our Core Originations Team in Chennai.
- In this role, you will design, build, and modernize enterprise-grade software applications powering the clients global credit originations platform.
- Operating within a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) product delivery model, you will leverage modern Java frameworks, microservices architecture, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), modern frontend technologies, and cutting-edge Agentic AI Generative AI architectures (Spring AI, LangChain4j, RAG, tool calling) to automate complex workflows and deliver intelligent, seamless user experiences.

Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience in Java Full Stack Development.
- Proficiency in Core Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices Architecture.
- Experience developing and integrating RESTful APIs.
- Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Strong knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, automation, and containerization.
- Experience with Application Support, troubleshooting, and production issue resolution.
- Strong experience in Application Testing, including unit and integration testing.
- Experience working with DB2/UDB or other relational databases.




- Knowledge of Agentic AI and Generative AI concepts and enterprise application integration.
- Experience with Spring AI, LangChain4j, RAG, LLM integration, or AI tool/function calling is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of Microservices, cloud-native development, and enterprise application modernization.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels of management.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum or SAFe environments.
- Strong analytical, logical reasoning, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

AI Core Java Microservices Architecture

- hands-on experience designing and developing enterprise microservices using Java 17/21+ and Spring Boot (3.x).
- Deep experience in designing RESTful APIs, OpenAPI specifications, and event-driven architectures (Kafka / RabbitMQ).
- Expertise in API Security using OAuth2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), JWT, Web SSO, and API gateway integrations.
- Strong proficiency in Relational Databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, MS SQL) and ORM frameworks (Spring Data JPA / Hibernate).

Frontend Development AI UI/UX
- Proficient in React.js with TypeScript, HTML5/CSS3, NPM, and modern state management.




- Experience implementing real-time streaming interfaces using Server-Sent Events (SSE) or WebSockets for live agent response streaming.
- Ability to build responsive UI components for chat, Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) approval flows, and interactive AI dashboards.

Tooling, Security, DevOps Process
- Strong security mindset with hands-on exposure to code quality and security tools (e.g., SonarQube, 42Crunch, FOSSA, Cycode).
- Proficiency with development and testing tools: IntelliJ IDEA / VS Code, Postman / Hoppscotch, JUnit 5, Mockito, Testcontainers.
- Working knowledge of Git, CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Tekton, GitHub Actions), and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Demonstrated experience working in Agile/Scrum product teams, driving end-to-end delivery across multiple concurrent projects.
- Excellent logical reasoning, lateral thinking, and written/verbal communication skills.

Experience Required
- Engineer 3 Exp: Proficient In 2 coding lang. or adv. Prac. in 1 lang.
- 6+ years in IT; 4+ years in development

Experience Preferred
- Hands-on experience integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) into Java applications using frameworks such as Spring AI or LangChain4j.
- Proven understanding of Agentic Workflows: ReAct framework, Plan-and-Execute agents, agile function/tool calling, structured output parsing, and stateful multi-agent systems.
- Practical experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), embedding models, dynamic chunking, and Vector Databases.
- Familiarity with AI guardrails, prompt engineering techniques, deterministic fallback logic, and token/cost optimization.
