Open Positions

1. Supplier Development Engineer – Sheet Metal & Machining
• Supplier identification, technical evaluation & onboarding
• Sheet metal fabrication & machining process knowledge
• 1st Batch Proving, PPAP & supplier ramp-up
• Cost benchmarking & VAVE
• Supplier quality, delivery & performance monitoring
• Drawing and process-flow interpretation

2. Supplier Audit & Evaluation Engineer
• Supplier system & process audits
• 4M capability assessment
• ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 certification verification
• Audit reporting, NC identification & supplier scoring
• Risk assessment and qualification recommendations
• Willingness to travel for supplier audits

3. Team Lead – Dual Sourcing (RM & BOI)




• Lead dual sourcing & alternate supplier development
• Raw Material & Bought-Out Item sourcing
• Supplier evaluation, onboarding & development
• Cost benchmarking, VAVE & negotiations
• Supply risk mitigation and multi-source strategy
• Team leadership & cross-functional coordination
• Supplier cost, quality and delivery performance management

Qualification

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Production / Industrial / Manufacturing Engineering or relevant discipline.
