- Design, develop, test, deploy and maintain ITSM solutions on ServiceNow platform to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and implement changes using ServiceNow tools.
- Provide technical guidance to junior team members on ServiceNow development best practices and troubleshooting issues.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards (ITIL) for incident management, problem management, change management etc.
Job Requirements :
- 8-12 years of experience in IT Services & Consulting industry as a ServiceNow Developer or similar role.
- Solid understanding of CISA/CAD certifications or equivalent knowledge of ITIL processes.
- Experience working with Customer Service Associates (CSAs) for customer support requests processing.
