- Book, reissue, cancel, and refund domestic and international airline tickets.
- Coordinate crew travel arrangements and ensure timely ticket issuance.
- Manage flight reservations, fare calculations, and itinerary planning.
- Handle schedule changes, flight disruptions, and emergency travel requirements.
- Liaise with airlines, travel partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with company travel policies and marine travel requirements.
- Maintain accurate travel records and documentation.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve travel-related queries.
What we want ?
- HSC/Graduate in any discipline
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in airline ticketing/travel operations.
- Experience in the Marine/Shipping industry preferred.
- Good knowledge of GDS systems such as Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre.
- Robust understanding of international fare rules and ticketing procedures.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Job Location - Fort, Mumbai
Shift Timings -
Day Shift: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Night Shift: 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM
Weekly Off -
2 weekly offs per week
