The Senior Analyst, Financial Planning & Analysis - Sales and Service Finance will execute and continuously improve a variety of critical Sales Finance and Service financial processes within a growing global capability center environment. Reporting directly to the India GCC Finance team leader, this role will work closely with U.S. FP&A; team members and leaders, as well as the SVP and VP of Sales & Service Finance, to support high-priority commercial finance needs, stronger reporting discipline, and clearer performance visibility across the business.

This role will play an important part in scaling Sales and Service Finance capabilities, delivering timely and accurate sales reporting, and improving insight into seller performance and commercial trends. The individual will be expected to operate as a hands-on owner of assigned workstreams and bring a proactive, solution-oriented approach to reporting, analysis, process improvement, and day-to-day business partnership as an embedded member of the U.S.-based team.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical capability, attention to detail, and a high-ownership mindset, with a genuine passion for taking full ownership of reporting and analytical workstreams. This individual must be comfortable rolling up their sleeves, operating effectively in a growing GCC environment, and leveraging strong analytical and communication skills to deliver relevant, timely, and actionable insights to business leaders. The ideal candidate must also be comfortable working within a matrix organization and partnering effectively across geographies and time zones.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver timely and accurate financial and operational information to support Sales Finance decision making, stronger commercial execution, and clearer performance visibility
- Prepare and analyze recurring sales reporting, including performance against plan, trends versus prior periods, and key commercial drivers across sellers, customers, and regions
- Support commissions-related analysis by validating inputs,



reviewing calculation logic, identifying exceptions, and helping improve visibility into commission performance and expense drivers
- Develop, maintain, and enhance seller metrics, scorecards, KPI reporting, and related analyses that provide actionable insight to Finance, Sales Finance, and commercial leadership
- Build detailed financial and operational models to assess sales performance, identify growth opportunities, highlight productivity trends, and support forecast development and decision making
- Conduct pricing and customer profitability analyses to support price action, contract renewals, and new customer profitability evaluations
- Support the annual planning process, sales forecasting activities, and subsequent actual vs. plan variance analysis tied to commercial performance
- Develop management reporting tools, summaries, and analyses in support of sales reporting, seller performance reviews, and strategic business initiatives
- Help build, standardize, and document Sales Finance and FP&A; processes and SOPs to improve consistency, scalability, and quality within the GCC model
- Directly own recurring and ad hoc Finance-driven workstreams, including sales reporting, commissions analysis, seller metrics, forecasting support, KPI reporting, pricing and customer profitability, and other priorities tied to business needs;
- Coordinate with the SVP and VP of Sales & Service Finance to build out, refine, and institutionalize additional reporting and analytical capabilities
- Partner with the India GCC Finance team leader, U.S. FP&A; team members and leaders, the SVP and VP of Sales & Service Finance, and data teams to strengthen reporting discipline,



improve data quality, and help scale tools that enhance commercial insight, forecasting accuracy, and execution

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field - CA, CMA, MBA in Finance, CPA, or similar finance qualifications preferred
- Minimum 7 years of experience in FP&A;, Sales Finance, commercial finance, or a closely related finance function
- Experience in a global capability center, shared services, or other global finance support environment strongly preferred; experience in a scaling, small- to mid-sized GCC or evolving finance support model is especially valuable
- Strong financial analysis, modeling, and business partnership capability, including the ability to interpret performance trends, connect operational drivers to financial outcomes, and communicate insights clearly
- Prior experience with commissions analysis, sales reporting, pricing and profitability, seller metrics, Power BI, and Oracle ERP/EPM preferred; advanced Excel capability required
- Demonstrated self-starter with the ability to work effectively both independently and in a team-oriented environment, while operating with urgency and a high degree of ownership
