Blueleaf IT Solutions is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Business Development Executive to join our growing team!

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities.
- Present and demonstrate our software solutions to prospective clients.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
- Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer experience.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in IT/Software/SaaS sales.
- Hands-on knowledge of CRM tools is a top priority.
- Knowledge of SaaS products is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and customer-focused.
- Experience using sales CRM platforms is an added advantage.
