Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive CRM executive to manage order processing, quality checks, and customer coordination. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth order flow, maintaining accuracy, and delivering a seamless customer experience. Key Responsibilities: Process customer orders after they are punched into the system Perform thorough checks on orders,
including quality control (QC) and customization requirements Capture images and videos of orders to ensure and document product quality Share tracking details with customers post-dispatch and maintain proper order flow records Monitor and manage order dispatch based on priority Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment Required Skills & Qualifications: Good communication skills (both verbal and written) Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities Basic knowledge of CRM tools or order management systems Ability to multitask and handle priorities efficiently Problem-solving attitude and proactive approach
