Role Overview We are looking for an Assistant Project Manager – Civil & Interior Fit-Ou t with prior experience in commercial, retail, hospitality, and interior execution projects. The role is primarily office-based and involves coordinating with site teams, vendors, consultants, and clients to ensure smooth project execution Key Responsibilities Coordinate and monitor ongoing site execution through site teams. Manage and guide site engineers, supervisors, contractors, and vendors. Coordinate with architects, designers, MEP teams, consultants, and clients. Review drawings, BOQs, quantities, specifications, and project requirements. Prepare and review BOQs, quantity take-offs, and basic costing . Track project progress, timelines, budgets,



and execution quality. Understand project financials, including budgeting, costing, variations, and vendor bills , with willingness to develop commercial knowledge. Ensure timely reporting, documentation, and project updates. Attend in-person client meetings and site visits as required. Travel inter-city/inter-state based on ongoing project and client requirements. Requirements 1–3 years of relevant experience in civil/interior fit-out execution. Experience in commercial, retail, or hospitality projects preferred. Valuable site team and stakeholder coordination skills. Ability to understand drawings and prepare BOQs. Good communication and problem-solving skills. English and Hindi proficiency mandatory. Good knowledge of MS Excel and project documentation. Willingness to travel as required. Ideal candidate: Someone with strong execution knowledge who wants to grow into end-to-end project management, costing, and commercial project handling.
