Cab- Yes Qualification- Graduate and postgraduate Skills Required • 3 years in client-facing roles (e.g., delivery or Enterprise Product/Application Support) •Must have experience in Java/JavaScript • Familiarity with technologies such as SQL and JSON is a plus. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Solid understanding of SaaS technology and deployment methodologies. • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. • Ability to adapt to client environments and work cultures. • Empathetic, patient, and solution-oriented mindset. • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. 1) User Onboarding: o Guide new users through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition. o Coordinate account setup and configuration, providing initial support and resources. 2)



User Adoption: o Engage with clients to proactively drive product adoption through tailored strategies, resources, and best practices. 3) Training Coordination: o Plan, schedule, and deliver training sessions for users, both in-person and virtually. o Create and maintain training materials, ensuring they are up-to-date and accessible for clients. 4) Support Coordination: o Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, providing timely and accurate responses. o Serve as the primary technical contact for assigned clients, performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting. o Collaborate with internal support teams to resolve user issues and escalate complex inquiries as necessary 5) Documentation and Reporting: o Maintain detailed records of client interactions and support requests. o Prepare reports on user engagement, feedback, and training effectiveness for management review.
