Open roles:

- Always open to work with entrepreneurial folks. You should show a spike either as a builder or a seller, and your past work should speak for itself. Open to full-time / contract / remote / interns.
- Not looking for roles like PM, Consultant, Chief of Staff, etc.

How We Work

- Less meetings, more work: We do just one scheduled meeting/week. Every day, everyone drops an async standup update on slack. Whoever misses it sends their update as a video commentary to entertain others :)
- Broad roles: We keep roles broad by default. This means an engineer could be writing product docs, doing demo calls, etc. A UX designer could be creating logos or videos.



We look for at least one spike and leave the rest fuzzy.
- Work trials: We do a paid 1 week work trial before hiring so that both of us can experience what it's like working together before committing. Some people in less demanding full-time roles have continued to work with us for longer periods or multiple short stints because they enjoy it.
