- 3 6 years of experience in Workplace Solutions, Digital Workplace, Cloud/SaaS Platforms, IAM, or Application Integration.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
- Positive understanding of SSO, MFA, IAM, RBAC, and user access management.
- Knowledge of authentication and authorization protocols such as SAML, OAuth 2.0, and OIDC.
- Experience integrating cloud/SaaS applications with enterprise identity platforms.
- Understanding of enterprise security, access controls, and compliance requirements.
- Basic experience with automation using PowerShell, APIs, or workflow tools.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with multiple technical and business stakeholders.
