Job Title: IT Real Estate Project Manager

Location: Pune AND Mumbai (Onsite)

Duration: Fulltime

Salary Range: INR 20 LPA to 25 LPA

Responsibilities

Building IT / Real Estate Programme Manager

Core purpose: Manage technology delivery within office relocation, refurbishment, fit-out and real-estate programmes. The person acts as the "glue" between Real Estate, Construction, Technology teams and the Business.

Main Responsibilities

- Lead IT delivery for office relocation and refurbishment programmes.
- Manage multiple technology workstreams simultaneously.
- Coordinate with:
- Real Estate
- Architects
- Construction/fit-out teams
- Network teams
- End-user computing
- Infrastructure teams
- Technology vendors
- Business stakeholders

- Ensure technology requirements are incorporated into building/fit-out plans.
- Review technology rooms and physical infrastructure readiness.
- Challenge construction/fit-out teams on:

- Fire sealing
- Cleaning
- Wet works
- Room readiness
- Cabling
- Power
- Network infrastructure
- Access/readiness

- Ensure global technology standards are followed.
- Manage exceptions where standards cannot be met.
- Control project budgets and programme assumptions.
- Maintain:

- RAID logs
- Risk registers
- Issue logs
- Budgets
- Project plans
- Status reports





- Produce weekly/monthly reporting.
- Prepare material for steering committees and programme governance.
- Manage vendors and third-party suppliers.
- Challenge unrealistic timelines and assumptions.
- Identify dependencies between construction and technology delivery.
- Ensure technology teams deliver against agreed milestones.
- Provide client-facing programme management.
- Influence stakeholders and negotiate when priorities conflict.
- Work in live office environments, not just empty/new buildings.

Candidate Profile:

- Minimum 5 years programme/project management experience.
