Job Description:

- Configure and support SAP PP and QM processes based on business requirements.

- Work on end-to-end Production Planning and Execution processes.

- Handle PP master data including Material Master, BOMs, Work Centers, Routings, and Production Versions.

- Configure and support MRP, Demand Management, Capacity Planning, Production Orders, Process Orders, and Shop Floor Control.

- Work on production order lifecycle including order creation, confirmation, goods issue, goods receipt, and backflushing.

- Configure and support SAP QM processes including Inspection Types, Inspection Lots, Inspection Plans, Sampling Procedures, Results Recording, and Usage Decisions.

- Handle Quality Notifications, Defect Management, Quality Certificates, and Batch Management.

- Support quality processes for incoming, in-process,



and final inspections.

- Work closely with MM, SD, WM/EWM, FI/CO and other functional teams for cross-module integration.

- Gather business requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, and prepare functional specifications.

- Participate in SIT, UAT, defect resolution, cutover, go-live, and hypercare activities.

- Provide production support, troubleshoot functional issues, and recommend process improvements.

- Prepare configuration documents, test scripts, user manuals, and other project documentation.

- Coordinate with technical teams for RICEFW/WRICEF developments and integrations.
