Job Description:
- Own end-to-end SAP S/4HANA application services and interfaces, ensuring reliable and reliable operations.
- Manage SAP AMS, incident, problem, change, release, downtime, and service lifecycle processes.
- Coordinate with SAP functional, technical, infrastructure, and middleware teams to minimize business disruptions.
- Manage vendors, SLAs, KPIs, budgets, risks, escalations, and service performance.
- Drive RCA, continuous improvement, automation, performance optimization, and operational simplification.
- Ensure security, compliance, backup/restore, DR readiness, and adherence to SAP architecture standards.
- Lead WBR/MBR reporting, KPI reviews, service governance, and senior stakeholder communication across global teams.
