Position Summary

- The DAM Platform Manager owns the day-to-day administration, governance, and operational health of the Orange Logic DAM platform across all six e.l.f. Beauty brands - e.l.f. Cosmetics, e.l.f. SKIN, e.l.f. Hair, Well People, Naturium, and rhode. This contract role sits within the Digital team and serves as the primary platform owner responsible for ensuring the DAM operates as a reliable, well-governed, and scalable system.
- This is not a creative role - it is a platform management and governance position that bridges technology, operations, and process discipline across the creative and marketing ecosystem.
- The ideal candidate is a solid self-starter who brings deep DAM platform expertise, thrives on ownership, and works with a high degree of independence. You will take direction on structure and strategy from the Sr. Product Manager and ensure the platform is governed under those guidelines. You are comfortable working across time zones with US-based teams and are excited to build a scalable DAM operations function from the ground up.

Responsibilities:

Platform Administration & Governance

- Own day-to-day platform administration of Orange Logic - manage user access, permissions, group assignments, Space configurations, and role-based settings across all six e.l.f. Beauty brands.
- Execute and enforce DAM governance - apply the structure, taxonomy, and metadata standards; ensure all content added to the DAM adheres to established rules.
- Manage metadata schemas, controlled vocabularies, and taxonomies - maintain and evolve brand taxonomies, authority lists, and asset subtypes as brands grow and requirements shift.
- Oversee integrations between OL and connected systems
- Monitor platform performance and usage - track API consumption, storage utilization,



AI credit usage, and user adoption metrics
- Lead user onboarding and training - deliver role-based training sessions.
- Serve as the primary escalation point for platform issues - triage tickets from the Coordinator and end users, resolve or escalate to Orange Logic support, and track resolution SLAs.
- Maintain platform documentation - keep admin guides, SOPs, governance handbook, and configuration reference docs current.

Requirements:

Required

- 3 5+ years of DAM platform administration experience (Orange Logic preferred; Canto, Bynder, or similar acceptable).
- Strong understanding of metadata schemas, taxonomies, controlled vocabularies, and DAM governance principles.
- Experience configuring integrations and troubleshooting API-based syncs across connected systems.
- Familiarity with creative production and marketing operations workflows in a multi-brand environment.
- Experience training and supporting end users across time zones and functional teams.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, Slack, and project management tools (e.g., Asana).
- Familiarity with file formats across photography, video, and design (RAW, TIFF, PSD, MP4, etc.).
- Openness to learning and adopting emerging technologies, including AI-powered tools for asset management.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to work across time zones with US-based creative and marketing teams.
- High speed internet for downloading and uploading assets

Preferred

- Experience with Orange Logic specifically, including workflows, Spaces, and API tool.
- Experience supporting a DAM migration or platform launch.
- Experience in beauty, fashion, CPG, or a high-volume DTC/retail content environment.
- Exposure to rights management, talent usage tracking, or licensing workflows.
