Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Observability Engineer with hands-on expertise in modern monitoring and observability platforms. The ideal candidate should have a healthy mix of experience across Dynatrace, OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Grafana, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines to build and support scalable, cloud-native monitoring solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Design, implement, and maintain enterprise observability solutions.
Configure and administer Dynatrace for application, infrastructure, and user experience monitoring.
Implement distributed tracing using OpenTelemetry.
Deploy and manage Prometheus for metrics collection and Grafana for dashboards and visualization.
Monitor and troubleshoot Kubernetes-based applications and infrastructure.
Integrate monitoring into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, etc.).
Create dashboards, alerts,



SLOs/SLIs, and incident response workflows.
Collaborate with development, DevOps, and operations teams to improve application reliability and performance.
Perform root cause analysis and drive continuous improvements.
Required Skills
Strong experience with Dynatrace.
Hands-on knowledge of OpenTelemetry instrumentation and distributed tracing.
Experience with Prometheus and Grafana.
Positive understanding of Kubernetes and containerized environments.
Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.
Knowledge of Linux, networking, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
Scripting experience in Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
