Role Description This is a full-time remote role for an SDR/Outbound Specialist at Studio Mürb. The person in this role will focus on identifying and researching potential clients, building targeted prospect lists, and executing outbound campaigns through email, social channels, and calls. They will qualify leads, understand client needs across branding, social, influencer, and production services, and schedule discovery meetings for senior sales or account leaders. Daily responsibilities include maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, following structured outreach cadences, and nurturing early-stage relationships.



The SDR/Outbound Specialist will collaborate closely with business development and marketing teams to refine messaging, share market feedback, and support the creation of proposals and sales collateral.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills for identifying, researching, and engaging potential clients.
- Candidates should possess solid Communication skills to conduct outreach, qualify prospects, and articulate Studio Mürb’s value clearly across channels.
- Candidates should possess Sales skills to manage pipelines, follow up effectively, and move qualified leads through the sales process.
- Candidates should possess Business Development skills to understand client challenges, align agency offerings, and support long-term relationship building.
- Experience with CRM or sales engagement tools and structured outbound workflows.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time well, and meet activity and performance targets.
- Prior experience in agency, marketing, or creative services sales is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
