Position: Sales Manager
CTC: Up to ₹3.45 LPA + Attractive Incentives
Experience: 2+ Years in Field Sales / BFSI Sales
Your Role
- Drive sales and business development in the assigned territory.
- Generate and convert new business opportunities.
- Develop strong relationships with customers and business partners.
- Plan and execute market visits and sales activities.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and improve overall business performance.
- Identify recent markets and opportunities for business expansion.
- Maintain regular sales reports and follow-up activities.
What We’re Looking For
- Graduate candidates.
- 2+ years of relevant Field Sales experience.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good customer relationship management abilities.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working with sales targets.
- Candidates with BFSI, Banking, Insurance, FMCG, Telecom, or other Field Sales experience are welcome.
